What I like more is the location of the hotel that it is attached to the dfc mall. Room is clean and spacious and all the staff were approachable. Special thanks to Ms. Yoon in the reception area, she is very nice and friendly. I requested for a room with a nice view and she gave me an upgraded room. Overall we are happy for our 2 days stay in the hotel.

I stayed quite a few times at this property in the last couple of years. It's a great hotel, all staff is very friendly, well located next to a Festival City mall that you can access directly, just a 10minute drive to the airport and 10-15min drive to Downtown. There is also a great bar at the top where you can chill after in the evening. All in all it's a great hotel that I keep comming back to!

If there is more than 10 I would give this hotel . With the nature of my work I travel quite often , honestly speaking this place under rated , from location to the room condition and the main thing was the staff from the check in guys from memory his name Vivek to the restaurants like osama , murat and the chief sorry could not remember all names to the the security amr and the valet guys . Very rare you can see staff recently so friendly and professional their main task is to make sure feel comfortable. Honestly speaking I want to thank the hotel manager of her/his hard work you can see their touch with hotel staff , Very very impressed .

The stuff, parking, breakfast, very clean, the short distance to supermarket in the mall which is connected to the hotel, the small distance to Arena Dubai (6 minutes).

We really enjoyed this hotel for the following reasons: - location is great, there is a direct connection to the Dubai Festival Mall where you can find all shops and good restaurants (e.g. Cheesecake Factory, Fridays, PF Changs, Chili's etc) - Airport is not far (max 10 min by car) but no impact from planes - Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa is only 8 min by car - Big hotel with restaurants and bar, but service is still very good. Room is cleaned good - They provided me with a connecting room with view which was great. Enough space for my family (2 parents + 3 kids) - Free parking below the hotel with direct lift to the room - Swimming pool available which is also heated All in all, this hotel was really good

The room size was okay. It wasn't the same size which I have been offered and the one I was staying at from 24th to 28th Jan 2023 which was larger. Location is excellent because it is right next to Dubai Festival City Mall which makes it very convenient for everything, transport, restaurants etc etc. I tried the lobby coffee shop which had very good quality servings. To add to this I only stay at this hotel when I visit Dubai however the prices were ridiculously high when I returned on 4-to8 march compared to 24th Jan to 28th Jan. If the prices keep doubling then it will probably be goodbye to Dubai.

Nice hotel, very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very nice shower (good water pressure, although temperature is a bit on and off). The breakfast was lovely and the staff there even more, Donna, Muslimbek and Dopesh were so friendly and helpful. Also all other staff were very friendly and always willing to help with a smile. Its close to Festival City mall. Good value for money
